Our family's wholesome vegan take on a meat ball with an Asian twist. At our restaurants, it is served in a clay pot with a bed of vegetables, mushroom and tofu. At home, why not try one of our suggestions below?
Suggestions:
- Add to your favourite pasta sauce or stew for the last 10min to reheat the ball through. Do not overstew.
- Serve hot with a bowl of noodles in a mushroom or veg broth with poached greens.
- Air fry them for a few minutes at 180 deg C, serve over a bowl of salad leaves tossed in an Asian vinegerette dressing with avocado for an uplifted poke bowl.
